One of Disneyland's classic thrill rides closed for refurbishment a couple of weeks before the start of the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebration, and work has been taking place on the attraction since that time.

In the midst of the park’s 70th anniversary celebration, one of its most famous rides, the Haunted Mansion, is temporarily closing for two weeks. During this brief closure, guests won’t be able to experience the eerie charm of the iconic ride located in New Orleans Square.

Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room just reopened after an extended closure. The garden is looking refreshed, and some elements have been repainted. The Tangaroa Tree has been completely rebuilt and is now back in working order again as part of the pre-show in the garden area.

Star Tours at Disneyland Park is now closed for a refurbishment expected to last through for at least three months.

The “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln” show closed in April and is not expected to return until fall 2026 after the yearlong run of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration.
