U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace has filed a defamation lawsuit against one of the four men she accused of being a sexual predator for claiming she abused her powers.

The lawsuit says the man defamed the South Carolina congresswoman in a series of social media posts. She previously accused him and three others of illegal activity in a congressional speech.

Representative Nancy Mace says she brought “receipts” with her to today’s subcommittee meeting in Washington focused on voyeurism and surveillance.
