The conservative justice said her liberal colleague's dissent "is at odds with more than two centuries' worth of precedent."

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote in her majority opinion that “We will not dwell on Justice [Ketanji Brown] Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of
