Auburn basketball received great news Wednesday that Tahaad Pettiford withdrew from the NBA draft. Here's how his return affects the projected lineup.

Pettiford returns to Auburn after averaging 11.6 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.2 rebounds per game in 34 games with one start. His return all but ensures that he will be the Tigers' starting point guard in a starting five that will feature five new faces including Mississippi State transfer Keshawn Murphy and UCF transfer Keyshawn Hall.

Bruce Pearl's group reached the Final Four, falling to eventual national champion/SEC brethren Florida in the national semifinals. Pettiford went for 16 or more points in three of Auburn's five NCAA tourney games — though he was held to seven points along with three turnovers against Florida.
