Haris Mujezinovic is one of two former Indiana basketball players named in a federal lawsuit against the university, claiming school officials "turned a blind eye" away from repeated "sexually abusive rectal examinations" by former team physician Brad Bomba Sr.

Another former IU men’s basketball player came forward Tuesday with allegations of sexual abuse from former team physician Brad Bomba Sr. The former student-athlete, identified in a press release by the pseudonym John Doe, alleged the abuse was a part of a larger structural problem at IU and indicated intent to file a lawsuit against IU.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court for the Southern District of Indiana by former players Haris Mujezinovic and Charlie Miller.

While the player is seeking to remain anonymous, the law firm confirmed he was an ex-IU player who played for former coach Bob Knight in the 1990s.

In September, the university announced an investigation into allegations against Dr. Brad Bomba Sr. by a former student who played under coach Bobby Knight.

Another ex-IU basketball player has come forward with abuse allegations against Brad Bomba Sr. on the same day a lawsuit was filed against the school.
