That's the main message the City of Lodi and its Access Center want the community to know when it comes to one of the area's most vulnerable populations.

It’s one of the more than 15 services that homeless can find at the low-barrier shelter. An average of 73 people use the center daily, but with an estimated homeless population of over 400, Lodi Mayor Cameron Bregman wants more people to walk through the center’s front doors.
