External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar arrived in Islamabad on Tuesday to attend a Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) conclave. Upon arrival, Jaishankar was received at the Nur Khan airbase by senior Pakistani officials.
