KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knoxville Police Department said officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex Wednesday afternoon. According to KPD, the shooting happened in the parking lot of the Pinnacle Park Apartment complex on Hall of Fame Drive at around 3:15 p.m.
