Royal Caribbean International will marginally increase the crew gratuity rates automatically added to guests' onboard accounts starting November 1, 2024.

Nearly 200 passengers recently fell ill on Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas ship during a voyage through Alaska. A total of 180 passengers out of the 2,172 total passengers aboard reported feeling ill during the voyage — accounting for more than 8% of cruisers, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
