The second episode of the animated series’ 27th season portrayed Noem — who has been dubbed “ICE Barbie” by detractors — as a puppy-shooting villain hellbent on rounding up Hispanics along with a team of beauticans who are constantly having to re-attach her melting face.

Kristi Noem finally broke her silence about South Park ‘s brutal depiction of her as a dog-shooting ICE agent leading raids in heaven. While she said South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have every right to criticize her job as secretary of Department of Homeland Security, taking shots at her appearance was a “petty” move.
