"At 8:50 p.m., Doppler radar tracked strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Barley to near Norlina. Movement was east at 25 mph," according to the NWS. "Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible."

A weather alert issued by the NWS Raleigh NC on Tuesday at 7:09 p.m. is warning residents of strong thunderstorms until 8 p.m. The alert is for Guilford, Alamance and Randolph counties.

A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 5:09 p.m. for thunderstorms until 10 p.m. for Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Ocean, Cumberland, Atlantic, Cape May and Burlington counties.

The NWS Raleigh NC issued a weather alert at 6:52 p.m. on Tuesday, warning residents of strong thunderstorms until 7:30 p.m.

A weather alert was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 2:42 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 3:15 p.m. for Somerset County.
