Gov. Josh Shapiro on Tuesday arrived in Clairton to meet with local officials following Monday's explosions that left two dead and injured at least 10.

The cause of the blast is still unknown. The Pennsylvania plant has racked up fines and faced lawsuits over emissions problems.

The explosion, followed by several smaller blasts, could be felt in the nearby community and prompted county officials to warn residents to stay away from the scene so emergency workers could respond.
