Border czar Tom Homan told CNN host Dana Bash on Sunday during an interview that appearance alone does not give ICE agents reasonable suspicion in detaining illegal immigrants.

Friday’s ruling barred any ICE agent from detaining any individual without “reasonable suspicion” they are in violation of U.S. immigration law, ABC 7 reported.
