Ruben Amorim has praised much-maligned Manchester United centre-back PLAYER_LINK|188304|Harry Maguire stating that his leadership and technical ability have enabled him to do a "great job" since the Portuguese manager's arrival at Old Trafford.

Amorim would like United to build up with a genuine three at the back, rather than the four it has been when protection is the first priority.
