Fliers at regional airports, especially LaGuardia, are facing delays of up to two hours due to high winds and rain from the nor’easter sweeping the East Coast. The travel headaches are here to stay until at least early Tuesday, according to air traffic and weather officials.

At least one person has died during a powerful nor’easter that brought heavy rain, damaging wind gusts and coastal flooding to communities up and down the East Coast since the weekend.
