In the trailer of "The Baldwins," Hilaria Baldwin refers the 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film starring husband Alec Baldwin.

Alec was charged with involuntary manslaughter. He faced a maximum of 18 months behind bars, but during his trial in July 2024, the judge tossed out the case and slammed prosecutors for withholding critical evidence from the defense.
