While known as one of the top rappers to come out of the West Coast hip-hop scene, Snoop Dogg expanded his fame into Hollywood, television, and even the Olympics. But outside of his fame, he was also a lover of animals, especially his French bulldog Juelz.
Snoop Dogg and the NFL joined forces once again, as the iconic rap star headlined the halftime show for the Christmas Day game between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Snoop Dogg is carrying on the NFL Christmas halftime show tradition begun last year by Beyoncé. The rapper will headline a full Christmas Day lineup for Netflix, which is trying to gain traction in the crowded sports streaming field by establishing this must-watch halftime show rivaling only the Super Bowl for superstar pull.
"Snoop's Holiday Halftime Party" had a little something for everyone: hip-hip, country, K-pop and classical-crossover.
