ALVARADO, Texas — An Alvarado resident claimed the top prize-winning ticket worth $1 million in the Texas Lottery, according to a press release. Joe Lewis Borjas, the resident, bought the ticket at a Walmart Supercenter in Cleburne, the press release said. “I had other people check my ticket to make sure I’d won,” Borjas said.
