NFL draft is over, and Eagles GM Howie Roseman deserves to be commended for acquiring ten athletic and versatile football players.

But as we saw last season, the Eagles got major contributions from their top three draft picks in cornerback Quinyon Mitchell, who became a starter right away; nickel Cooper DeJean, who became a full-time player Week 6; and edge rusher Jalyx Hunt, who became a significant part of the rotation over the second half of the season.

The Philadelphia Eagles finished the 2025 NFL Draft with 10 selections. As reigning Super Bowl champions, they operated from the back end of the rounds. The positioning forced the Eagles’ war room to be more strategic.
