Lewis Hamilton has been fastest in his new Ferrari on the morning of the second day of Formula 1 preseason testing in Bahrain. Rain in the desert affected Thursday's session. The seven-time champion’s best time was nearly four-tenths of a second faster than his former teammate George Russell of Mercedes.

F1 Test Bahrain - Carlos Sainz, who had a great day at the wheel of the FW47, set the fastest time as we reached the halfway point of the second afternoon of work on the Sakhir track, the scene of the only three days of work pre-season 2025.

The skies are still cloudy in Bahrain as Lewis Hamilton takes a quick trip to the pit lane. He's back out on track and whizzing down the Sakhir track. Hamilton is still topping the leaderboard, with Alex Albon and Fernando Alonso behind him.
