Metcalf joined the Steelers in March by way of a trade with the Seattle Seahawks. His arrival was a boon to a Pittsburgh offense that sought direction amid somewhat of an overhaul. He settled in immediately as Aaron Rodgers ' top target and through 13 games leads the team with 52 receptions, 753 yards and five touchdowns.

This was the best game of the year for Aaron Rodgers but it practically came at the expense of the run game. A win is a win but to see Rodgers throw for 284 and the Steelers rush for only 34 yards is disconcerting. Going into late December, being able to run the football will be a key to winning when the weather turns bad.
The Steelers have now regained first place of the AFC North with four weeks to go. Of the Steelers' final four opponents, only one (the Lions, whom the Steelers play in Week 16) have a winning record. Conversely, the Ravens' remaining schedule is much tougher: Week 15 at Cincinnati, Week 16 vs. Patriots, Week 17 at Packers and Week 18 at Steelers.
