The Michigan high school girls basketball postseason continues Wednesday with the regional championship round. Teams will have their second chance at a trophy, with the winners also advancing to the state quarterfinal round of the tournament.

Wypych, now a Miss Basketball finalist, averaging 22.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 steals, has been a starter since her freshman year, competing in the final four at Breslin each season, losing to West Bloomfield in the semifinals in 2022 and again last season in an overtime game.

After earning a double-bye for the opening rounds of the Big Ten basketball tournament, the Michigan State Spartans return to the court to face Oregon Ducks. The Spartans and the Ducks tip off for the second time this season after Oregon defeated the Indiana Hoosiers 72-59 in UO's opening appearance in the Big Ten tournament.
