Colin Cowherd is back from vacation, but apparently, he didn’t have enough time to fact-check a Luka Dončić rumor before the show. Last week, the satirical social media account NBA Centel posted, “Breaking: The Mavericks organization has announced they will ban fans from wearing Luka Doncic jerseys as a way to move forward from him.

For the Los Angeles Lakers, Luka Dončić is a great investment. For NBA sports bettors, however, not so much (so far). Dončić, who was traded from the Dallas Mavericks in early February in a blockbuster deal, hasn’t had his usual output through three games with the Lakers.

In less than two months, we'll be watching NBA playoff basketball. That means we'll see teams with a new sense of purpose out of the All-Star break, with most having around 30 games left in the regular season.
