Kevin Stefanski announces who will call plays while introducing new offensive coordinator Tommy Rees
Stefanski called plays for the first seven games of last season, during which time the Browns went 1-6 with Deshaun Watson at the helm. He then turned it over to offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, who called plays mostly for Jameis Winston. Winston averaged more than 300 yards during his seven starts, but the Browns went 2-5 in those games.
