Sean “Diddy” Combs’ second request for a mistrial has been denied. Judge Arun Subramanian denied the defense’s motion for a mistrial on Tuesday, June 10. Days earlier, lawyers for Diddy, 55, alleged that prosecutors presented false testimony and asked the judge to throw out the trial.
