Death of bakery worker Joanna Brown remains under investigation in Worcester
WORCESTER – The case of Joanna Brown, the longtime Bean Counter employee who was found dead in her parked vehicle after an extensive missing persons search, remains under investigation, according to police. Brown was found in her Mitsubishi Outlander sports utility vehicle at Green Hill Towers apartments Nov. 3, three days after she was last seen.
The funding will go towards the third phase of the project, where 65 units will be demolished and be replaced with 104 new units, 10 of which will be wheelchair accessible.
