The Cleveland Browns promoted Tommy Rees from tight ends coach/pass game specialist to offensive coordinator on Wednesday.

It looks like head coach Kevin Stefanski will retain his position but offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey has already been replaced by Tommy Rees. The next inevitable change will be at quarterback.
