The Indiana Fever will be without star Caitlin Clark against the Los Angeles Sparks on Thursday night, the team announced. The former No. 1 pick is battling a groin injury and will miss at least one game.

According to Fever head coach Stephanie White on Thursday, Clark's injury is day-to-day. The 23-year-old reported pain to the training staff on Wednesday and got an MRI, but White did not reveal whether or not the imaging showed a groin strain.
