Nayab Singh Saini had replaced Manohar Lal Khattar as the chief minister of Haryana in March. Saini, an OBC face of the party, had won the Ladwa seat in Kurukshetra district.

Nayab Singh Saini will be sworn in as Haryana’s chief minister on Thursday (October 17), a day after he was elected the leader of the BJP Legislature Party in the state. Valmiki Jayanti is being celebrated today.
