Hamilton was just 0.079secs behind his team-mate, while Piastri struggled to match the pace, sitting 0.470secs behind Norris

After finishing second in FP1 Lando Norris topped the table in FP2, while teammate Oscar Piastri finished third in the first session and fourth in the second. But right behind them was some red, in the form of Ferrari’s duo of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.

Expectations are high for Lando Norris to deliver a breakthrough victory at his home British Grand Prix. Nowhere more so than in the Landostand.
