A key Nissan supplier has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, raising concerns about potential impacts on Nissan's production and the broader automotive supply chain.

Marelli Holdings Co., a major supplier to Stellantis and Nissan Motor Co., owes the two customers a combined $767 million in unsecured debts, according to the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition.

Marelli says it intends to continue operating throughout the Chapter 11 process thanks to over $1 billion in debtor-in-possession financing from its lenders.

At Home’s filing follows that of automotive supplier Marelli, which also blamed tariffs for its bankruptcy last week.

Big-box retailer has struck a deal with lenders to eliminate almost all of its nearly $2 billion in funded debt and has secured around $200 million in capital to support its operations.
