The residents of New York City were among the more than 132 million people in the country experiencing what the National Weather Service calls a "major HeatRisk," level 3 out of 4. New York State Police said in a press release that on July 21, troopers arrested a 21-year-old suspect out of Arkport, following a domestic dispute and subsequent arson investigation in the town of Dansville, in Steuben County. New York State Police say that this is an ongoing investigation.
