The PGA Tour is set to begin its first of back-to-back tournaments in Europe with the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open at The Renaissance Club in North Berwick, Scotland, on Thursday. The 2025 Scottish Open will be co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour for the fourth straight year.
Round 2 of the Scottish Open begins Friday. The tee times start at 2 AM ET. The first round was intriguing with Top 10 golfer Sepp Straka finishing 6-under par on the day. Straka, Nico Echavarria, Jake Knapp and Victor Perez all shared the same score, marking the first time the Scottish Open had multiple leaders since joining the PGA Tour in 2022.

Jake Knapp is loving links golf so much he'd like to extend his stay another week, and he took a step toward that Thursday with a 6-under 64 that put him in a four-way share of the lead after the opening round of the Scottish Open.
The Scottish Open has become one of the big events on the golf schedule ever since it became a partner event between the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour, as the best players from both tours come together for a chance to play some links golf in preparation for the Open Championship a week later.
