Last month, Opendoor OPEN said it was seeking approval for a reverse stock split to lift its share price enough to regain listing compliance. That was after the San Francisco-based company had received in May a Nasdaq delisting notice, after its share price fell below $1 for 30 consecutive business days.

It’s unclear if the iBuyer has officially staved off a delisting from Nasdaq, but that may be a matter of time.
