Arkansas baseball's offense finally came to life at the College World Series, and the Hogs' superstar shortstop Wehiwa Aloy provided the necessary spark.

UCLA played the second half of Monday's suspended matchup against the Tigers and lost its first game of the postseason.

Athlon Sports. The LSU Tigers are having a good run in this year’s College World Series after defeating the Bruins 9-5. After the game, a few of the players spoke about the team’s performance. Jared Jones was asked about how his home run had changed the momentum of the game.

Wehiwa Aloy drove in Arkansas' first three runs with a homer and triple, Zach Root bounced back from a rocky start to pitch five strong innings, and the Razorbacks eliminated the Bruins from the College World Series with a 7-3 victory.

Bottom of the first inning, Golden Spikes Award finalist Wehiwa Aloy opened the scoring with his third home run in the 2025 NCAA Tournament. A no-doubter out to right field and he brought Charles Davalan in with him for the early lead, 2-0 Arkansas.

Another run would score off of a wild pitch to cut the Razorbacks lead to four.

The Bruins have also been keyed in on the receiver position as Carlos and Stinson bring their recruits at the position up to six for the 2026 class. They join Kenneth Moore III, Jonah Smith and twin brothers Jaron and Kennan Pula at the position.
