Police responded to an active shooter incident at a hospital in York, Pennsylvania, on Saturday morning and there is no ongoing threat, officials said. The prolific character actor had over 267 film, television, and video game roles throughout his career.

An officer was killed and multiple people were injured in a shooting reported at UPMC Memorial Hospital on Innovation Drive and Roosevelt Avenue in York County on Saturday afternoon. West York Borough Police say one of their officers has been killed.

Gov. Josh Shapiro on Saturday joined a cadre of health care workers and law enforcement officials in recognizing the service of West York Police Department officer Andrew Duarte, 29, who was killed in the line of duty earlier in the day.
