Chilling footage of the Delphi murders “Bridge Guy” has been released by supporters of murderer Richard Allen months after he was sentenced for the killings of teens Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German.

Richard Allen, the man convicted of the murders of 13-year-old Abigail "Abby" Williams and 14-year-old Liberty "Libby" German, has filed an appeal against his 130-year sentence, but the family of Libby German wishes he would not pursue the action.

In video never before seen outside the courtroom, a man purported to be convicted murderer Richard Allen is seen approaching the teen victims before infamously saying, "Down the hill."
