Ruth Buzzi, the North Texas comedian who starred in “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In” from 1968 to 1973, has died, according to her family. She was 88. A post on the entertainer’s official Facebook page said she died peacefully in her sleep Thursday, May 1. Buzzi was battling Alzheimer’s disease and had been in hospice care for several years.
