Investigations reveal the vehicle was traveling southbound on LaSalle Avenue a little after midnight on Tuesday when the driver lost control of the vehicle.

A 28-year-old woman died at a hospital early Sunday after a head-on crash in Fairfield. Fairfield Police Department said the crash happened at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday and the other driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
