A jury in June convicted the disgraced movie mogul of sexually assaulting one woman, acquitted him of assaulting another, but could not reach a verdict in a third case. The judge wants another retrial to be held this year.

Harvey Weinstein had his sentencing pushed back to the end of September and could be headed back to trial on an unresolved rape charge

The new trial will be the third time that the New York County District Attorney’s Office will try Weinstein for the alleged third-degree rape of aspiring actress, Jessica Mann, in a New York hotel room in 2013.
