Aldrich Potgieter secured his first PGA Tour win at 20 and compared his rise to Scottie Scheffler's journey after the victory at the Rocket Classic.

It was monumentous for Potgieter as he outlasted Max Greyserman and Chris Kirk in the playoff. It was Greyserman who pushed Potgieter the most as they both made par on their first three holes and matched each other’s birdie on the fourth.

Potgieter carried a two-shot lead into the final round but bogeyed two of his first five holes to allow the pack to catch up.
