David Robertson is officially back with the Phillies for his third stint in Philadelphia. The Phillies signed veteran right-handed reliever David Robertson to a one-year contract Monday, president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski announced.

The right-hander is upbeat about the team and happy to be in Philadelphia: “This place feels like home to me.” He’ll head to the minors first for some work.

With the bullpen as a recurring problem and a club-record payroll this season, acquiring another arm at the trade deadline could come at a hefty price for the Phillies.
