POULSBO, Wash. — “We only have questions and heartbreak. No answers or explanations. We are reeling in shock,” reads the GoFundMe link, as a Kitsap County family remembers two teens who were allegedly murdered by their older brother last week. Scotty Bass, 17, and Sebastian Bass, 16, were found dead inside their Poulsbo home on October 9th.

Seth South allegedly killed both of his teenage brothers inside the home where they all lived on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Law enforcement in Pierce County just released body-worn video of the moment they arrested a man accused of murdering two teens near Poulsbo.

Sebastian, 16, and Scotty, 17, were killed on October 9. Their half brother, 23-year-old Seth South, is accused of stabbing them both to death.
