A woman is facing serious charges after being accused of setting a man's home on fire and allegedly stealing his three dogs before the blaze.

According to the Willamette National Forest, all open fires will be banned outside designated campgrounds. This includes areas like the Three Sisters and Mt. Jefferson Wilderness.
