Super Bowl-winning linebacker Bryan Braman, who played for two teams across seven seasons in the NFL, has died aged 38 after a battle with a “very rare form of cancer,” his agent confirmed to CNN Sports on Thursday.

Former NFL player Bryan Braman, who won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017, passed away on Thursday morning, according to his agent. Braman had been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer back in February.

"He loved his two girls so, so much. They were everything, his legacy," Sean Stellato, Braman's agent, tells PEOPLE
