The co-founder and CEO of the company hired to oversee Mobile’s entertainment venues has been indicted by a grand jury in Texas on federal charges.

The McDonald’s restaurant at Old Shell Road and University Boulevard was one of the locations for this year’s “Round Up for Ronald McDonald House” campaign.
