I'm trying to find the fonts used on all the main logos listed here (plus the 13th Doctor's logo). So far, the only ones I can find are the 2nd Doctor's and 11th/12th Doctor's. Does anyone know what fonts were used (or of fonts that look similar) for these logos?

The lettering used in the title card of the TV show is very similar to a font called Doctor Who designed by James Easton. The font is available in capital letters, numbers and limited punctuation marks. You can download the font for free here.
