The Allen County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is charged with the responsibility of representing the State of Indiana in all felony and misdemeanor criminal prosecutions resulting from crimes committed within Allen County, Indiana.

Michael (Mike) McAlexander was elected Prosecutor in November 2022 and assumed office on January 1, 2023. Mike was the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Karen Richards, for the previous 20 years.
