The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is holding the Great Dog dash event in Paranaque city featuring an annual race wherein all dog breeds get a chance to participate. Proceeds from the event will go to the PAWS Animal Shelter. One of the participants is this three legged dog named Rocky who was apparently a victim of a hit and run incident.
