Fomitopsis Betulina Edibility
Le polypore du bouleau ( Fomitopsis betulina ) est un champignons très intéressant qui était utilisé autrefois pour ses propriétés antibiotique mais egalement pour retirer le morfil des couteaux, après l'aiguisage de ces derniers. Un champignons fascinant qui est considéré comme non comestible parceque sans aucune saveur, voire légèrement amère et surtout très coriace. Cependant il m'arrive de le faire sécher et de le réduire en poudre pour l'ajouter à certaines de mes infusions. #apprendresurti
